What payment do you accept?

We accept cash and bank transfers.


When do I need to finalise numbers and make full payment by?

We ask for final numbers and payment eight weeks before your event.


Do you require a deposit?

We require a minimum £100 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date.


Can I make changes to a booking?

Yes! Changes are possible up to one month before your event.


Can I view before booking?

Yes! We have our very own studio where you are more than welcome to book an appointment and come along and have a look at our products before you book.


How do I book with Helles Belles Wedding Hire?

Contact us by phone or email and we will discuss your needs and arrange your booking. We always send written confirmation of your booking and ask for a minimum £100 deposit to be paid at the time of booking.  We are always happy to meet you at a venue of your choosing to discuss your booking and answer any questions you may have. Do I need to know definite numbers when I book?

No! All we ask for is a rough idea of numbers-we know from experience that numbers tend to increase as you get closer to the date.


How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least six months in advance and will take bookings up to three years in advance. We find that popular dates do tend to book up very early.


Do you offer packages or discounts?

We offer a wide range of packages to meet all budgets and are happy to create a custom package for your special day. We offer our services on Christmas (24th, 25th and 26th December) and New Year (December 31st and January 1st) at an additional charge.
